Event requests may occasionally be declined due to factors such as location beyond our standard service area or availability issues with our scheduled fire men. While we strive to accommodate all events, certain logistical constraints can lead to exceptions. We value every inquiry and are committed to assisting you as best as we can.
We care for the safety of our crew and event guests, and if rain conditions aren't suitable we will gladly issue a full refund or simply reschedule. *Note we can still perform our activities in light rain.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, necessitating a cancellation. As such, we kindly request a minimum of 10 days' notice for any cancellations. For cancellations made within 24 hours of the event, please note that the deposit will be non-refundable. However, we are more than willing to accommodate a rescheduling of your event, should the need arise, to ensure you can still enjoy the unique experience we offer.

We have the flexibility to customize all our programs to accommodate groups of any size or age range, from toddlers to adults.
Our services are available throughout the year, including holidays, and we cover the entire Atlanta Metro area.
We arrive fully self-sufficient, so your sole responsibility is to prepare a designated space for the fire truck's arrival. No electricity is needed, although we may require access to a standard garden hose faucet for certain water-related activities. To ensure the safety of all participants and prevent any potential risks such as passing traffic, we kindly ask for the assistance of several adults to supervise the children.
Typically, birthday parties last around 2-3 hours to ensure ample time for the Fire Truck visit, singing Happy Birthday, opening presents, and other activities. We recommend allocating an additional 20-30 minutes at the beginning of the party for latecomers. For instance, if your party is scheduled to commence at 3:00 PM, we suggest arranging for the fire truck to arrive at 3:30 PM to avoid any late guests missing the thrilling arrival.
Our set-up is incredibly swift, as we understand how eager children are to commence the activities once the fire truck arrives. To begin, we safely park the truck and establish a safety zone by placing traffic cones where necessary. Next, we promptly set up the required equipment for the planned activities.
